ArthurOS Google Access
Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026
Purpose
ArthurOS Google Access is a private, single-user application that provides read-only access to Gmail and Google Calendar accounts explicitly authorized by their owner.
Google data accessed
The application may access email messages, email metadata, Gmail labels, calendar lists, calendar events, and availability information from authorized accounts. It requests only read-only permissions.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to search, retrieve, organize, summarize, and present information to the owner of the authorized account. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and any locally retained metadata are stored in private local application storage controlled by the owner of ArthurOS. Credentials are not stored in this public website or its source repository. Access is restricted to the minimum permissions necessary for the application’s read-only functions.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. It is disclosed only when required by law or when the account owner explicitly directs a permitted operation.
Retention and deletion
OAuth access may be revoked at any time through the authorized Google Account’s security settings. Locally retained tokens and metadata can also be removed by the owner of ArthurOS. Revocation prevents future access but does not alter information the owner has independently retained.
Google API Services User Data Policy
ArthurOS Google Access’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
